About Andy Sehremelis
Andrea “Andy” George Sehremelis founded Parkcrest Construction, Inc., a development and construction company in Chino, California, in 1992 and has led it for more than 30 years. He is a licensed general contractor and real estate broker who specializes in land acquisition and project management. His work includes shopping centers, senior assisted-living communities and other commercial projects.
He brings a broker's knowledge of land and markets together with a contractor's focus on execution: finding sites, working with local communities and agencies, and delivering projects built to last.
Andy holds a degree in Business, with studies in Management, Finance and Economics, from Pepperdine University.
Andy also owns Archibald's restaurant in Chino Hills. He supports youth and faith-based organizations across Southern California and is a Grand Sponsor of the California Sports Hall of Fame.
